Resolution Production Services recognises that training goes beyond the consoles. Providing a tailored Automation Stagecraft training program to enhance you and your team. Giving you the tools to be prepared for any situation and giving you the ability to understand the machinery being operated and manage situations before they become a significant problem. The training program comprises of 5 levels:-

Level 1 Beginner

Develop a fundamental understanding of the main system components and their safe operation.
Understand how to collaborate effectively within a team to achieve consistently high-quality performances.
Proficiently navigate basic diagnostics and communicate encountered issues.

Level 2 Intermediate

After successfully completing level 1, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the functions of common system components.
Learn how to respond to various production-related situations.
Safely conduct preliminary system diagnostics.

Level 3 Higher

After successfully completing level 2, you will learn how to safely operate Performer Flying systems and develop an understanding for Health & Safety principles in Automation.
Introduction to less commonly used equipment, including lifts.
Identify and address common issues proactively to prevent problems and reporting procedures.

Level 4a Advanced

After successfully completing level 3, you will acquire the capability to comprehend the functionality of individual technical and safety components and their impact on operations.

Level 4b

Demonstrate the ability to remain composed and effectively manage significant production challenges while providing leadership to the team.

Level 5a Experienced

After successfully completing level 4, you will execute fundamental guided maintenance tasks and evaluate the permissible boundaries of these procedures aligned to statute and regulatory guidance.

Level 5b

Competently conduct supervised detailed routine inspections of equipment.
Illustrate proficiency in comprehending and crafting safety protocols for production processes.
Conduct complex fault-finding at the component level.
